FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in vertical submersible pumping units designed for lifting of liquid from well or injecting liquid into well. Proposed impeller has main disk 1 and cover disk 3 and profile disk 5 placed in between. Profile disk is made with alternating front and rear projecting surfaces. Front projecting surfaces are rigidly connected with cover disk 3, rear projecting surfaces are rigidly connected with main disk 1, blades of impeller are formed by side surfaces of profile disk and flow pass 7 is formed by projecting surfaces of profile disk 5 and alternating sectors of inner surfaces of main disk 1 and cover 3. Profile disk 5 can be made by forging, and rigid joint of projecting surfaces of profile disk and main disk 1 and cover disk be formed by welding, soldering or gluing.
EFFECT: reduced labor input in manufacture owing to simplification of process of manufacture, reduced metal usage, increased efficiency.
