FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: impeller contains the main disk (1) with a hub (2), a cover disc (3) and nonlinear recurved blades (7) between them. In the disk (1), through holes (5) are made between the input sections of the blades, and on the outer side of the disk (1), there is an annular coaxial hub (2) of the shoulder (6). The impeller is cast with a deflection in the pitch of the blades in their inlet portion of no more than 2 mm and at the outlet portion - of no more than 3 mm. The outer surface of the disc (1) between the hub (2) and the collar (6) is conical, smoothly mated with the hub (2) and the surface of the shoulder (6). The generator of the conical surface is inclined to the wheel axis at an angle of 65°±5°. The internal diameter of the shoulder (6) is from 0.4 to 0.44 of the diameter of the wheel. The holes (5) are located closer to the concave side of the blade in a circle, the diameter of which is 0.28 to 0.3 of the diameter of the wheel. The diameter of the holes (5) is from 0.034 to 0.037 of the diameter of the wheel. The peripheral outer portions of the discs (1, 3) are formed by conical surfaces, tapering to the periphery of the impeller and the generators of which are inclined to the impeller axis at an angle of 75°±5°. The diameter of the wheel is from 203 mm before 201 mm.
EFFECT: reduces the amount of axial force on the impeller that occurs when the pump is running.
