FIELD: engine devices and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal pump impeller contains a main disk (1) with a hub (2), a cover plate (3) and nonlinear recurved blades (4). In the disk (1), through holes (5) are formed between the inlet portions of the blades (4), and on the outer side of the impeller on the disk (1) there is an annular shoulder (6), coaxially surrounding the hub (2) portion. The impeller is cast with a deflection in the pitch of the blades (4) in their inlet portion of no more than 2 mm and at the outlet portion - of no more than 3 mm. The outer surface of the disc (1), located between the hub portion (2), protruding from it, and the shoulder (6), is nonlinear to form a portion of the torus surface, smoothly conjugated from the smaller diameter side to the hub (2) and from the larger diameter side to the cylindrical surface of the shoulder (6). The axis of each hole (5) is inclined to the impeller axis at an angle of 33°±5°. The inner diameter D1 of the shoulder (6) is from 0.59 to 0.61 of the diameter D2 of the disc (1). The holes (5) are arranged along the circumference, the diameter D3 of which is 0.37 to 0.38 of D2. Between the disks (1, 3) there are 7 blades (4). D2 is from 0.96 to 0.98 of the diameter D4 of the disc (3). D4 is from 233 mm to 230 mm.

EFFECT: reduction of the axial force on the impeller.
