FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: impeller contains the main disk (1) with a hub (2), a cover disc (3) and nonlinear recurved blades (7) between them. In the disk (1), through holes (5) are made between the input sections of the blades, and on the outer side of the disk (1), there is an annular coaxial hub (2) of the shoulder (6). The impeller is cast with a deflection in the pitch of the blades in their inlet portion of no more than 2 mm and at the outlet portion - of no more than 3 mm. The outer surface of the disc (1) between the hub (2) and the collar (6) is conical, smoothly mated with the hub (2) and the surface of the shoulder (6). The generator of the conical surface is inclined to the wheel axis at an angle of 65°±5°. The internal diameter of the shoulder (6) is from 0.4 to 0.45 of the diameter of the wheel. The holes (5) are arranged in a circle, the diameter of which is 0.3 to 0.32 of the diameter of the wheel. The peripheral outer areas of the discs (1, 3) are formed by conical surfaces tapering toward the periphery of the wheel, which are inclined to the wheel axis at an angle of 75°±5°. The diameter of the wheel is from 120 mm before 123 mm.
EFFECT: reduces the amount of axial force on the impeller that occurs when the pump is running.
