FIELD: devices for manual input of information into computer.
SUBSTANCE: coordinate manipulator has body with rotation sensors, several two-coordinate wheel-like elements, hanged on the body and touching a supporting surface. Two-coordinate wheel-like element has frame with axis and supporting rotating bodies mounted on frame with capability for rotation relatively to their rotation axes.
EFFECT: efficiency of device operation under vibrations and weightlessness conditions as well as possible rotation of manipulator relatively to axis perpendicular to supporting surface.
