SUBSTANCE: device has block for storing source image and processed digital images, block for prior correction, block for comparing distortion indexes, block for controlling and generation of addresses, block for calculating index of distortion having a block for calculating cosines, block for calculating normalizing coefficient, multiplication blocks, summation blocks, square root calculation blocks, division block and arccosines calculation block.
EFFECT: more correct determination of difference between several processed digital images received on basis of base image (original).
