FIELD: mobile communication systems for data transfer over pilot-signal channel.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are designed to transfer time-interrupted pilot-signal burst depending on data transmitted in mobile communication system. Device has modulator that functions to shape modulated character of pilot signal by generating input character of pilot signal with specified phase and/or in specified complex channel in response to data bit input signal for indicating phase and/or complex channel; expansion unit serves to expand modulated pilot-signal character arriving from modulator using orthogonal code chosen out of set of orthogonal codes. Pilot signal burst transfers auxiliary information depending on data transmitted to phase and/or channel and orthogonal code, respectively.

EFFECT: enhanced speed of data burst transfer.
