FIELD: telecommunications.
SUBSTANCE: system is equipped with digital automatic telephone exchange, router and a block of digital multiplexers with optic-electronic receiver-transmitters, connected via individual fiber-optic lines to fiber-optic communication line. Each client block is connected to corresponding wire of fiber-optic communication line cable. Each end client block is connected to individual wire of fiber-optic communication line with possible access to main and backup directions.
EFFECT: improved quality of speech route in multi-service telecommunication system.
