SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a group of suction devices . used for sampling of a liquid in the suction devices and presents a method of sampling of a liquid in the suction device containing a body and a linked with it tail part with an open distant end directed from the body, that is used for fixation of with a capability of pick up the one-shot tip having the space for acceptance of a liquid sample. The tail part of the suction device has a cylindrical form space, in which a mean made in the form of a piston capable of up-and-down motion is located. The mean is used for variation of volume of the cylindrical space at taking a sample of liquid into the tip and its removal from it. A that a barrier is introduced into the tail part of the suction device to close a hole in it. Then they disconnect the barrier by moving the piston first in direction of the hole in the tail part to contact the barrier with following withdrawal of the barrier from the tail part of the suction device. The motion of the piston may be arranged at the expense of a telescopic elongation. Also there is a description of the suction device. The technical result is simplification and improvement of safety at taking samples of liquids.
