FIELD: production of plastic screw covers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a rotary-type device for production of screw covers made out of plastic materials by direct molding. The device for production of screw covers uses the units for the direct molding located on the design made in the form of a rotating structure, which is revolving in respect to a vertical axis and which contains the upper half-mold - a plunger and the lower half-mold - a die both centered in respect to the vertical axis being in parallel to the central axis of rotation of the rotating structure. At that the half-mold - plunger contains a tubular member fixed on the rotating structure and located coaxially with the parallel axis; a cartridge, which is directed coaxially with the tubular member and which lower part is a plunger and the tubular member serves a guide for it while it is carried up to the extreme top position of its run by elastic means. At that the plunger contains: a helical flute for molding a thread of a cover; hydraulic means for transportation of the half-mold - matrix from its lower position, where it takes a dose of plastics materials in amount sufficient for molding a cover to the upper position, where the plunger enters in the half-mold - matrix and together with a half-mold - matrix they form a chamber of the mold, and realize pressing the dose of the plastic materials, so that to form a cover. Then they realize lowering of the half-mold - matrix to ensure a possibility to reject the cover from the plunger and to remove it with the help of the means of removal. At that the means of removal contain a gear ring linked with the lower part of the cartridge and having a neck being in a contact and with a possibility to slip in respect to the plunger, a rod mounted with possibility to slip in an axial direction in the set of the rotating structure and located in parallel to the spinning axis of the rotating structure, a tooth-wheel mounted on the rod and being in a gear linkage with the gear ring and fused to the driving means. At that the rod is fused in an axial direction to the cartridge and is controlled through a stationary cam, which is intended to make the rod moving in the axial direction. At that the cam and the driving means are synchronized so that to have a capability to transport in the axial direction and to rotate the ring gear neck for realization of unscrewing a cover from the plunger. The offered rotary-type device of ensures removal of the plastic covers using rotation of the half-mold - plunger, that allows not to damage the internal part of a thread of a cover.
EFFECT: the invention ensures removal of the plastic covers from the half-mold - plunger without any damage to the internal part of a thread of a cover.
