SUBSTANCE: vehicle comprises a support platform, a wheeled chassis in the form of supporting rollers with pushers, a supporting structure, a supporting platform, a horizontal element spring-loaded by springs on which the pushers of the supporting rollers are mounted. The horizontal elements are placed in pairs above each pusher, brackets of the horizontal elements are designed to interact with steering knuckles. The axis with knuckles is pivotally connected to the rigid traction body by means of CVD. The rigid traction body is hinged on the supporting structure on which the stops are mounted. The spring-loaded lock is designed to interact with the wedge unlocking device.
