FIELD: automotive engineering; maintenance and repair equipment of cars.
SUBSTANCE: proposed lift has assembled base and two similar welded posts with box-shaped slots arranged opposite to each other over entire height of posts. Load-lifting carriages are installed in slots for movement, being provided with two axles in two levels, upper and lower one, and two pairs of rollers to provide movement of carriages. Rollers of lower level move along inner walls of posts arranged opposite to posts with slots, and rollers of upper level move along inner walls of posts on which slots are located, thus precluding tipping over of carriages in motion. Load-lifting carriage located in post on which electromechanical drive is mounted, lower rollers of pulley block are located on axle of upper level rollers, and upper rollers are located on axle arranged at upper cover of this posts. Wire ropes conveying motion to load-lifting carriages located in other post pass over pair of rollers arranged on one axis with lower level travel rollers and pair of rollers located on their axle at upper cover of said post and are fastened on axle of upper level travel rollers. Two pairs of rollers are arranged in base with detachable cover along which motion is conveyed to load-lifting carriage located in opposite post by two ropes fastened in load-lofting carriage of pulley block post. Distance link is arranged inside base being fastened to both load-lifting carriages and providing guaranteed rigidity of lift in operation. Wire ropes of pulley block and wire ropes conveying motion to load-lifting carriage located in post without pulley block are of equal strength. Posts of lift parallel to base in their outer walls are furnished with pair of triangular detachable supports welded of square-section tubes being hinge connected with posts, thus providing stability of lift in working position. Base is provided with two pairs of wedge-like detachable shoes hinge-connected with base and providing smooth ascending of car in working zone of lift and its descending after repair. Posts are secured on base by rigidly locked hinge joints providing folding of posts on base for transportation.
EFFECT: reduced area occupied by lift.
