Abstract RU 2230023 C2

FIELD: automotive industry; car maintenance and repair facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed car lift is installed in basement of repair room and is provided with electromechanical drive, fixed part and movable part. Fixed part contains two channels arranged horizontally in parallel with repair room floor surface and embedded into concrete of flooring and walls of room basement, with webs of channels being pointed in opposite directions. Two bushings are welded to channels square to channels at a distance of 2500 mm from each other being arranged with upper end faces over floor level from 10 to 15 mm to prevent water and refuse getting into basement when cleaning the floor. Two guide channels are embedded into concrete of walls and basement floor square to above-indicated channels whose webs are pointed to each other. Movable part is furnished with horizontal beam with two tubular posts welded square to upper outer web. Axles with guide rollers are found on ends of beam, diameters of rollers being equal to distance between inner webs of guide channels. Electromechanical drive contains electric telpher secured in center of horizontally arranged channels, and pulley blocks. Upper rollers of pulley blocks, minimum two, are secured on lower end faces of guide bushings by means of brackets with axle. At least two brackets with axles and lower rollers of said pulley blocks are secured in inner right angles in places of weld joints of posts and beam.
