FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing compound of the formula (I):
wherein m means 0, 1 or 2; n means 0, 1, 2 or 3; A means a double bond; B means a double or ordinary bond; C means a double bond; D means an ordinary bond; E and F mean a double bond; R1 means hydrogen atom (H) or (C1-C8)-alkyl; R2 means hydrogen atom (H), (C1-C8)-alkyl or hydroxyl (OH); each R3 and R4 means independently of one another hydrogen atom (H) or (C1-C8)-alkyl; R means hydrogen atom (H) or (C1-C8)-alkyl; R6 means hydrogen atom (H); R7 means hydroxyl (OH); R8 and R9 mean independently of one another hydrogen atom (H) or (C1-C10)-alkyl in free form or as a salt. Compound of the formula (II):
is subjected for interaction with biocatalyst that is able to oxidize alcohol selectively at position 4'' to yield compound of the formula (III):
wherein R1-R7, m, n, A, B, C, D, E and F have the same values as indicated above for the formula (I). Then compound of the formula (III) is subjected for interaction with the known amine of the formula HN(R8)R wherein R8 and R have the same values as indicated for the formula (I) in the presence of reducing agent followed by isolation of the end product in free form or as a salt. Proposed method is two-stages and in its realization the use of protecting groups is not required and the method is more harmless from ecological point of view.
