FIELD: materials handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed safety device for quick-acting mounted device contains two parts, one of which has chute enclosing axle and rigidly coupled with other part of mounted device. One of said parts is provided with hole to pass projection in form of hook rigidly coupled with other part of mounted device, and locking plate provided with hole and installed on said part for displacement to locking position under action of return spring when hook-like projection has passed through said holes. Hook has safety device made for counter-acting reverse displacement of part of mounted device with said hook when hook has passed through hole. Locking plate and part of mounted device with said plate on which holes are made are provided with cutouts to pass safety device coinciding with each other when locking plate is reset. Safety device is made in form of at least one side pin made for arrangement over locking plate and located on hook.
EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of quick-acting mounted device.
