FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed for converting thermal energy of water into electric energy. Proposed hydroelectric station contains electric generator, evaporator of low-boiling working liquid placed in water reservoir, condenser plant with cooling set and delivery pump to supply condensed working liquid into evaporator. Evaporator is made in form of vertical pipe in lower part of which nozzle is found to spray working liquid in drops, and in upper part of pipe turbine connected with electric generator is installed. Inlet of nozzle is connected with outlet of delivery pump, and device for collecting working liquid vapors and delivering vapors to inlet of cooling set is installed at turbine outlet.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of hydraulic station.
