SUBSTANCE: device has at least one tension belt which embraces the parts to be joint in the licking planes and clamps interacting with the flange collars. The belt embraces the joining pins mounted perpendicularly to the direction of the locking the tension belt. The joining pins are interconnected in pairs for detaching through the locking member. Each locking member has two tension levers mounted at a distance from each other for rotation.
EFFECT: improved design.
