FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: holster includes casing containing the hole of elongated shape to place small arms with a handle outside the casing. Part of displacement to the first end of casing applies the displacement force to the chase of the arms for displacement of opposite end part of the arms for engagement with locking device in opposite second end of casing for attachment of small arms in casing. As per the second version of the design, holster interacts with projections on small arms cylinder. Besides, holster includes mechanical devices which prevent unauthorised removal of the arms from the casing.
EFFECT: preventing the possibility of small arms discharge when it is in the casing, and increasing the safety of arms handling.
