SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosis of viral hepatitis B. Method involves determination of virus surface antigen (HBsAg) in blood sample having light formation on clot covered by dense light envelope. In the absence of HBsAg in serum method involves additional analysis of liquid from indicated light formation on blood clot. Invention provides enhancing precision of diagnosis.
EFFECT: improved method for diagnosis.
