FIELD: medicine, immunology.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for assay of presence of quantity of freshly synthesized antibodies in a sample in response reaction for immunogen. Method involves detection of released antibodies or their parts in lymphocyte-containing sample that have been destroyed in order to release synthesized antibodies or their part bound with indicated lymphocytes. This results to assay of presence or quantity of freshly synthesized antibodies in indicated sample. Invention relates also to methods for diagnosis using this method and sets used for realization of this method. Method provides the detection of nonspecific infectious indicators in response for infection or vaccination.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method.
