FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccine with LTB adjuvant contains, at least, one corpuscular immunogen and adjuvant quantity of B subunits of thermolabile enterotoxin characteristic for E.coli. Moreover, adjuvant LTB contains no contaminating A subunits or holotoxin. Vaccine is indicated to be introduced onto mucous membranes and could be applied both for induction of systemic immunoglobulin response and that of general immune response. Isolated LTB free of A subunit and holotoxin is of high adjuvant activity at injecting simultaneously with corpuscular immunogen. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 8 dwg, 9 ex
