SUBSTANCE: method includes different measures allowing concurrent reading and recording of information in real-time, such as digital video signal, on disk-like carrier. These measures include a requirement to size of information blocks, recorded in fragmentary areas of fixed size on data carrier, and may require reordering of reading operations in cycle of reading/writing. Also, method includes measures to provide for reproduction and seamless editing (montage). Seamless editing method requires creation of one or more connecting blocks for recording into fragmentary areas of fixed size on disk data carrier.
