Plurality of 2m subcode-signal blocks are recorded on part of track allocated for subcode signal. Plurality of data-signal blocks are recorded on part of track allocated for data signal. There are facilities for generating time code signal and for disposing time code signals in definite subcode-signal blocks, facility for generating time code signals to be disposed in definite subcode-signal blocks on subcode-signal recording part, their ordinal numbers satisfying following formula: N(i) = [N(i-1)+1+2•p]mod2m, where p is integer positive constant for which 0≤p≤2(m-1)-1,a N(i) and N(i) is ordinal number of subcode synchronizing block on track numbered i whereon time code signal can be recorded; NCi) is integer number that may be 0 to 2m - 1 and m is integer number higher than 0.
