FIELD: radio and communications engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed differential amplifier designed for amplifying broadband signals in structure of various analog integrated circuits has first input transistor 1 whose emitter is connected to that of second composite input transistor 2 of reverse polarity of conductivity, as well as load circuit incorporating two series-connected first and second two-terminal networks 3, 4. Collector of second composite transistor 2 is coupled with common node of first and second two-terminal networks 3, 4. Novelty is introduction of auxiliary transistor 5 whose emitter is connected to first two-terminal network 3, collector, to emitter of first input transistor 1, and base, to that of second composite input transistor 2. Amplifier inputs are nodes 6 and 7, its outputs are nodes 8 and 9.
EFFECT: enhanced input resistance.
