FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential operational amplifier (DA) comprises the first (1) and the second (2) input transistors (T), a current-stabilising dipole (CD) (3) connected to the bus of the first (4) supply source (SS), a collector of T (1) via the first (5) dipole of collector load (CLD) is connected to the bus of the second (6) SS, the collector of T (2) via the second (7) CLD is connected with the bus of the second (6) SS and is connected with the input of the buffer amplifier (8). The circuit includes the third input T (9) and the fourth input T (10), connected in parallel to T (1) and accordingly T (2), and also an additional T (11), the collector T (9) is connected to the base of the additional T (11) and the collector of the first T (1), the collectors T (10) and T (11) are connected to the bus of the second (6) SS, and the emitter T (11) via a circuit of potentials matching (12) is connected to the input of the additional inverting current amplifier (13), output of which is connected to the collector T (2).
EFFECT: increased limit values of amplification ratio by differential amplifier voltage at low-voltage supply.
