FIELD: radio engineering; intermediate stages of various microelectronic analog-signal amplifying and converting devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has voltage-to-current converter 1 of input cascode amplifier whose output is connected to emitter of output transistor 2 of input cascode amplifier, output amplifier 3 whose first input is connected to collector of transistor 2 and to output of cascode amplifier. Output amplifier 3 is, essentially, differential stage whose second ac input is connected to input of additional current inverting amplifier 7 and to base of auxiliary transistor 8. Output of current inverting amplifier 7 is connected to emitter of transistor 8, and collector of the latter is coupled with first input of differential amplifier 3 and with collector of output transistor 2 of input cascode amplifier.
EFFECT: enhanced voltage gain and high boundary frequency, that is enlarged effective area.
