FIELD: instrumentation engineering and automation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed to shape sawtooth voltage for sweep units, analog-to-digital converters, pulse-width modulators, and controlled delay units has operational amplifier 1 with resistors 2, 3 in negative feedback circuit and resistors 4 - 6 in positive feedback circuit, capacitors 7, 9, and synchronously changed-over switches 8, 11, resistor unit 15 - 19, and terminals 13, 14 for applying first and second input voltages. Voltage across output of operational amplifier 1 starts rising due to feedback built around resistors 2, 3 and passes additional current through capacitor 9 that maintains desired rate of rise of output voltage 22. Energy stored in capacitor 9 provides for maintaining such mode during initial time interval after voltage 22 has increased to supply voltage and to higher value.
EFFECT: provision for generating linearly varying output voltage exceeding supply voltage value.
