FIELD: pulse engineering; sweep units, analog-to-digital converters, pulse-width modulators, controlled delay devices.

SUBSTANCE: pulse shaper that has inverting amplifier 1, first capacitor 2 inserted between input of amplifier 1 and pulse shaper output 3, as well as charge and discharge current shaping unit 5 for first capacitor 2 is provided with newly introduced second capacitor 7 inserted between output of amplifier 1 and pulse shaper output lead 3, as well as resistance unit 6 inserted between pulse shaper output lead 3 and power supply, transistor 8 whose emitter is connected to output of amplifier 1, collector, to pulse shaper output lead 3, and base, to additional voltage supply. Pulse shaper is also provided with zero level recording unit made in the form of two diodes connected in series opposition, with their common point being connected through resistor to bias voltage supply. Resistance unit can be made in the form of current regulator.

EFFECT: enhanced linearly varying output voltage exceeding supply voltage.
