SUBSTANCE: generator has first transistor 1 whose emitter is connected to common bus, collector, to output connection point of power supply 2 whose input is connected to power bus, and base of first transistor 1 is connected to bases of second and third transistors 4 and 5, respectively; emitters of these transistors are connected to common bus, collector of second transistor 4 is connected to control output of power supply 2, that of third transistor 5, to base and to drain of field-effect transistor 6 whose source is connected to emitter of fourth transistor 7 and gate, to connection point of collector of fourth transistor 7 and lead of resistor 8; second lead of the latter is connected to power bus; base of fourth transistor 7 is connected to output of power supply 2. At discharging moment of timing capacitor 3 second transistor 4 reduces its charging current which makes it possible to extend generator frequency tuning range due to varying charge current.
EFFECT: enhanced radiation stability.
