FIELD: personal armor protection means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of armored personnel protection against small arms bullets, shell fragments. Modular combat armor protection system includes a bulletproof vest, a frame and a tactical belt. Bulletproof vest comprises chest and back sections, in chest section there are protective bulletproof module and shock-absorbing-ventilation unit, in the back section there is a protective module and a shock-absorbing-ventilating unit. Frame and tactical belt are connected by two lateral movable supports and movable support post. Each of two lateral movable stops is made up of two titanium plates overlapped between axial connection with fixation with pins with possibility of angular turn forward and backward. Lower part of the side movable stops is fixed on the tactical belt by means of the annular punching button, the upper part of the side movable stops is fixed on the frame by means of the annular punching button, movable support post is made in the form of a fork-shaped element connected to a lumbar pad. Lumbar pad is fixed on tactical belt, fork-shaped element is made composite of upper and lower plastic plates, which are connected to each other with an overlap through the hole by axial connection with fixation by pins with possibility of angular rotation to the left and to the right of the upper plate of the fork-shaped element. Upper plate of fork-shaped element has shoulder straps arranged at an angle to each other, chest and back sections are connected to each other by straps and fixed on the frame with the help of touch and close fasteners, protective bulletproof module in chest section and protective module in back section of body armor have titanium plates with graphene layer deposited on them on both sides. Each of the shock-absorbing and ventilating units of the chest and back sections is a damper made of foam aluminum enclosed in a five-layer fabric corrugated cover along the profile of the rear part of the unit.
EFFECT: higher level of anti-bullet and anti-splinter protection; ergonomics of the product; redistribution of the weight load of the equipment from the shoulder spine to the lumbar spine of the person through the corset to the tactical belt; reduction of vertical load from shocks during walking and accelerated movements; reduced effect of binding action; increased human motor activity, minimization of human fatigue with prolonged exposure to significant weight load and probability of chronic spinal and back injuries in general.
