FIELD: medicine, laboratory analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a simple method in performance that allows expanding diagnostic possibilities: to detect hyperplasia of both pathological origin and physiological (regenerative) hyperplasia. Method involves carrying out microscope analysis of biological tissue that involves analysis of serum blood sample in volume 0.01-0.02 ml that is applied on slide, dried at temperature 18-30 C at relative humidity 55-60% for 48-72 h. Hyperplastic process in body cells is diagnosed in the case of detection of parallel lines in the sample.
EFFECT: improved diagnosis method.
