FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laboratory analysis. Said method for determination of ionising radiation danger consists in microscopy of blood serum. A drop is applied over a glass slide, and dried up at temperature 20-25°C and relative humidity 55-60%. Then the second sampled is prepared. Therefor, 0.25-0.5 ml of blood serum is kept for 20-30 hours at temperature +5 - +8°C, a drop thereof is dried up under the similar conditions. Thereafter, 7-10 days later, microscopy follows for short arc cracks in intermediate zone of blood serum facies in both samples. If any, ionising radiation danger is diagnosed for the period to 3 months. If this situation is specific for the second blood serum drop only, ionising radiation danger is diagnosed over 3 months to several years. If no short arc cracks in the intermediate zone of blood serum facies in both samples observed, ionising radiation danger is absent.
EFFECT: evaluation of aftereffect time of ionising radiation dose.
