Fresh urine is hold not less than 3 h at 18-25 C and then, it is spread over microscopic slide surface to be dried as drop at 20-30 C. Rounded fungi colonies being found, chronic recurrent urogenital candidiasis is considered to be found in remission phase, the colonies being found with integrity disorders, exacerbation phase is considered to be the case.
