FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out optical microscopic examination of blood serum. The blood serum is placed on microscopic slide in the amount of 0.01-0.02 ml, dried at 18-30 C temperature during 28-24 h. Microscopic examination is carried out with crossed polarizers. Anisotropic inclusions like pseudomycelium fragments and focal conglomerates being observed, septic candidiasis is diagnosed. EFFECT: simplified, high speed diagnosis method; excluded pyoseptic from transformations. 3 dwg
