SUBSTANCE: invention relates to resin-base cosmetic composition for preparing hair fixing agent that consists of mainly of an amphoteric urethane resin having carboxyl group and tertiary amino-group in one molecule. Amphotheric urethane resin comprises in its structure the structural link prepared of ethylene oxide. Invention provides preparing an agent for hair fixing that shows rigidity, washing out ability with shampoo, provides combing and inhibits separating into layers.
