FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetic compositions comprising a single polyorganosiloxane and triple acrylic copolymer in cosmetically acceptable an aqueous medium. Invention relates to also a method of treatment of keratin materials, in part, skin and hair. The indicated triple acrylic polymer comprises: a) about 20-70 weight % of α,β --mono-ethyleneunsaturated carboxylic acid; b) about 20-80 weight % of mono-ethyleneunsaturated monomer no exhibiting surface-active properties and distinct from the component a); c) about 0.5-60 weight % of nonionic urethane monomer which is the product of interaction of nonionogenic surface-active substance monohydrate and monoethylene-unsaturated monoisocyanate. The indicated polyorganosiloxane is nonvolatile silicon mainly. Invention provides to obtain sufficiently viscous, stable, non-oily compositions that can be applied on skin and hair with good efficiency. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, valuable cosmetic properties of compositions. 26 cl
