FIELD: medicine; medical engineering; trade.
SUBSTANCE: method involves recording fetus heart beat rate through maternal abdominal cavity wall as response to fetus movement. Acoustic signal of 1 s to 10 min duration is sent. Fetus heart beat rate being found greater than a critical value, the acoustic signal is to be cancelled. The acoustic signal is shown to the fetus on every fetus movement detected during the first five weeks. When sending the acoustic signal, acoustic oscillation frequency is varied during the following 4-10 weeks and fetus response is recorded. Stimulating acoustic signals are produced for increasing, normalizing or reducing fetus heart beat rate. Dialog sessions are prescribed for the next 8-14 weeks with stimulating acoustic signals being sent to the fetus with the purpose of creating passive and active fetus behavior periods. Another embodiment of the present invention involves applying additional irradiation to the abdominal cavity wall. The acoustic stimulator device has transducers for recording fetus movements and heart beat rate, visual indication means connected to electronic control unit having memory unit. Transducer for recording mother heart beat rate is additionally connected to electronic control unit input. Acoustic signal oscillators are connected to the output via oscillation setter and acoustic volume control unit; illumination light sources being connected via unit for controlling brightness. The electronic control unit has button for making external operation start.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in stimulating prenatal development of fetus and high activity in daytime.
