SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a diagnostic bandage for a pregnant woman to maintain the abdomen and diagnose fetal resistance to intrauterine hypoxia in the form of a belt with end bands. In its surface facing the abdominal wall, sensors for registering fetal movement are mounted in the upper edge of each tape in the middle of its length. In the outer layer there is an electronic device for transmitting information to a smartphone with a stopwatch function for automatically measuring the duration of the period of immobility of the fetus during diagnostic apnea. The cells of the upper row of the table on the inner surface of the tapes have the designation of gestation periods in the range of 20-42 weeks, the cells of its lower rows are empty with the possibility of recording the measured values of the diagnostic apnea test in them.

EFFECT: simplicity and ease of measuring the duration of the immobile state of the fetus during diagnostic apnea in household conditions during the second half of pregnancy, recording the values obtained, diagnosing the state of fetal health, its readiness for physiological childbirth, the need for additional examination of the pregnant woman and her fetus, regardless of the participation of a medical professional and the availability of an exchange card of the pregnant woman without interruption of her pregnancy and fetal death.
