FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of healing, and can be used for rehabilitation and increasing the functionality of the body. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a set of controlled parameters of the human body and their target values are specified. A series of breathing exercises is performed, where each breathing exercise in the series is performed simultaneously with listening to a piece of music, using elements of the vocal apparatus to sound at least an exhalation, and when performing a breathing exercise, the number of breaths is set to be close to or equal to the tempo of the piece of music being listened to, and the ratio of the duration of exhalation and inhalation are set close to or equal to the rhythm of the musical piece being listened to. After performing each breathing exercise in a series, the values of the controlled parameters are measured and compared with the target values, and based on the comparison results, the duration of the breathing exercises is adjusted, consistently achieving the target values during their implementation.
EFFECT: method ensures increased efficiency of the process of healing of the human body due to the harmonious combination of various exercises into a single complex.
