FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out daily ultraphonophoresis with 1% oil solution of polar lipids of sludge sulfide mud administered at a dose of 0.05 ml/cm2 to hypertrophic and keloid skin cicatrix according to labile method in pulsating mode 4 ms under frequency of 830 kHz with gradual increase in intensity of 0.2 to 0.6 W/cm2, during 6-8 min in a 10-15 procedures long course.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved cosmetic effect; accelerated healing and resorption of cicatrices.
