FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying photochromotherapy to pathological cicatrix area before carrying out ultraphonophoresis of 1% oil solution polar silt sulfide mud lipid extract covering cicatrix area. Daily treatment is applied in continuous contact mode using radiation of intensity equal to 75-100% issued by photodiode matrices first blue of mean wavelength equal to 0.47 mcm and maximum power of 32 mW, maximum power density is equal to 5 mW/cm2. Next to it, red radiation is applied of mean wavelength equal to 0.67 mcm and maximum power of 48 mW, maximum power density is equal to 7.5 mW/cm2. The cycle is concluded with infrared radiation treatment with mean wavelength equal to 0.98 mcm and maximum power of 112 mW, maximum power density is equal to 35 mW/cm2. 3-5 sessions with each kind of radiation are given. Total exposure time is equal to 9-15 min. Ultraphonophoresis procedure duration is 7-10 min.
EFFECT: improved cosmetic results; arrested inflammatory response in cicatrix zone.
