FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves daily exposing pathological cicatrix area to visible bandwidth radiation according to remote treatment method setting gap equal to 0.5 cm in continuous mode acting with intensity of 50-75-100% issued by photodiode matrices first in blue of mean wavelength equal to 0.47 mcm and then red radiation is applied of mean wavelength equal to 0.67 mcm and with infrared radiation having mean wavelength equal to 0.98 mcm at the end. 3-5 sessions with each kind of radiation are given. Total exposure time is equal to 3-6 min per each field with total time equal to 9-15 min after preliminarily washing wounds with 1% Dioxidine solution. Then, procedures are carried out by acting with red light of wavelength equal to 0.67 mcm onto four exposure fields on thymus, on both sides of iliac bone wings area and regional paravertebral zone corresponding to wound localization in contact way in pulsating mode with frequency of 10 Hz and intensity of 100% 3-5 min long on each field. The course is 10-15 procedures long.

EFFECT: arresting local inflammation response in due time; accelerated granulation tissue formation; controlled recovery process.
