SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes submarine vessel exciting resonance flexural gravitational waves during motion under ice at resonance speed and porous member mounted on upper deck in fore portion of hull and used for delivery of air beyond boundaries of ship.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of ice breaking.
