GLASS JARS VACUUM SEALING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: domestic preservation of food products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for hand sealing of glass containers. It has piston pump for evacuation of air furnished with eccentric mechanism installed on housing of its cylinder and mechanically coupled with handle. Torque of handle provides turning of two eccentric disks symmetrically secured n rod. Piston with sealing cups is fitted on rod for reciprocating in cylinder. To prevent wedging of rod, angle of its deflections in pump cylinder is within 5^o≤α≤11^o.

EFFECT: improved quality of sealing owing to reduction of efforts applied to glass jar.
