FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for food processing, namely to devices for vacuum sealing, and is intended for creation of negative pressure in containers and their sealing in order to preserve food products. Device for vacuum sealing of containers, comprising a check valve with a stem, a lid, wherein the upper part of the lid is made spherical, which in the middle part contains a recess, with a hole in the center of the cover; a sealing gasket located between the outer and inner rings on the lower part of the cover; at that, the check valve comprises an upper plate-shaped part, which is made with a concave shape, and a lower part, which is located behind the edges of the cover seat, wherein the inner part of the lower part of the check valve is made of a conical shape; upper plate-shaped part of the check valve is made solid, at that, the center of the upper plate-shaped part of the check valve is a vacuum level indicator, which is made with possibility of being retracted at air rarefaction, and the lower part of the check valve is made with a cylindrical hole and has a hook on the outer side; sealing gasket is made with retainer, which corresponds to the size of the inner ring on the lower part of the cover, wherein the check valve is made elastic with the possibility of being pressed against the cover seat. Sealing gasket can be made with a width of δ, the width of the sealing gasket is δ=5.0–8.0 mm; additional retainer and inner ring can be provided on the sealing gasket, which are located on the lower part of the cover.

EFFECT: thus, vacuum sealing process will be simplified in the device for vacuum sealing and there will be a possibility of multiple use of the device (at least 200 times) while facilitating the opening of the valve when it is necessary to remove products from the can.
