SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for food processing, namely devices for vacuum sealing and intended for creation of vacuum in containers and their sealing for food products preservation. Disclosed is a device comprising a bell-shaped vacuum chamber housing, the inner cavity of which is provided with a rubber seal and forms a vacuum-chamber tightly enveloping the neck of the can, a pump connected to the vacuum chamber by the air channel, a hollow rod with a piston, outlet opening and facility of cover pressing, at that hollow stock is located in the housing of vacuum chamber of bell-shaped shape with possibility of movement, facility of cover pressing is represented by lower part of hollow stock with air duct, wherein diameter of lower part of rod is greater than diameter of the rod itself, rubber seal of inner cavity of vacuum chamber of bell-shaped shape is represented by at least one sealing gasket, inner diameter of which is smaller than inner diameter of vacuum chamber by at least 2 mm.

EFFECT: proposed invention is simplicity and versatility for most sizes of jars and covers.
