FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains winding section in which coil is formed of wire delivered to section. Said winding section is furnished with winding members whose position and/or orientation defines shape of spiral and end section in which spirals are fitted between neighbor sheets of material and in which sheets of material are interconnected to form pocket for spiral. Device is furnished also with programmable control device connected with winding members and controlling position and/or orientation of winding members.

EFFECT: synchronization of all operations, increased capacity and enlarged assortment of articles.
