SUBSTANCE: invention elates to derivatives of indole of the general formula (I):

wherein R¹ represents hydrogen atom, halogen atom, methoxy-group; R² represents hydrogen atom, halogen atom, methyl, ethyl, methoxy-group; R³ represents carboxy-group, tetrazolyl or -CONHSO₂R⁴ wherein R⁴ represents methyl, ethyl, phenyl, 2,5-dimethylisoxazolyl, trifluoromethyl; T represents -CH₂- or -SO₂-; ring A represents 3-chlorophenyl, 4-chlorophenyl, 3-trifluoromethylphenyl, 3,4-dichlorophenyl, 3,4-difluorophenyl, 3-fluoro-4-chlorophenyl, 3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl, 2,3-dichloropyrid-5-yl; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters and also pharmaceutical compositions containing thereof. These compounds and compositions can be used in treatment of disease mediated by monocytic hemoattractant protein-1 or RANTES (regulated in activation, expressed and secreted by normal t cells), such as inflammatory disease.
