SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of lubricating-cooling technological means (LCTM), in particular to concentrates of lubricating-cooling fluids (LCF), which may be used in engineering during cold processing of materials by cutting and deformation. Lubricating-cooling fluid concentrate, containing boric acid dimethylethanolamine or triethanolamine esters, dimethylethanolamine or triethanolamine esters of oleic or naphthenic acids or synthetic fatty acids of fraction C₇-C₁₀, as a corrosion inhibitor, the reaction product of dimethylethanol or triethanolamine with mono- and dialkylphosphoric acids, in which as a spirit agent a mixture of fatty alcohols C₈-C₁₀ with tri-, tetra- or more ethylene glycols in a weight ratio of 1:(5–6), vegetable and animal fats soap stocks, is different in that, that it additionally contains nano-sized molybdenum disulphide and glycerin at the following component ratio, mass%: dimethylethanolamine or triethanolamine esters of boric acid – 20.0–25.0; dimethylethanolamine ester of oleic or triethanolamine ester of naphthenic acids or synthetic fatty acids of fraction C₇-C₁₀ – 12.0–15.0; corrosion inhibitor: the reaction product of dimethylethanolamine or triethanolamine with mono- and dialkylphosphoric acids, containing as an alcoholic agent a mixture of fatty alcohols C₈-C₁₀ with tri-, tetra- or more ethylene glycols in a weight ratio of 1:(5–6) – 20.0–25.0; nano-sized molybdenum disulphide – 10.0–15.0; glycerol – 5.0–10.0; vegetable and animal fats soap stocks – up to 100.

EFFECT: resulting lubricating-cooling fluid concentrate has high performance characteristics, is environmentally safe, increases the service life of the tool while reducing the foaming of the solution.
