FIELD: special-destination fluids.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to cutting fluids suitable for edge cutting machining, abrasive machining, when threading structural and tool materials. Concentrate according to invention contains, wt %: mineral oil 33-35, oleic acid 7-10, triethanolamine 25-29, copper-containing organic additive 0.5-1, nonionic emulsifier 0.1-0.3, biocide 0.1-0.8, and water (the balance), said copper-containing additive being composed of unsaturated carboxylic acid selected from C₆-C₂₂-fractions, 10-45; mixture of cuprous and cupric salts of unsaturated carboxylic acid selected from C₆-C₂₂-fractions, 2-30; tin(II) salt of unsaturated carboxylic acid selected from C₆-C₂₂-fractions, 1-20; water, 0.001-0.05; and mineral oil, to 100%.

EFFECT: improved quality of cutting tools and improved quality of treated surface.
